This site belongs to Cincinnati Social, run by Alok Karnik. Here's what it collects, why, and what happens to it.

When you write to us

The contact form asks for your name, your email and a note about your project. Budget and timing are optional. If you ran the estimator, your estimate comes along with your note, and you can remove it before you send.

The form also records which page you sent it from. It doesn't ask for a phone number or an address, and there's no newsletter.

Your note goes straight to Alok's inbox at alok@cincy-social.com so we can reply. It stays there as long as we're talking about the work. Ask and we'll delete it.

The spam check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots. It checks your browser and passes your IP address to Cloudflare for that one check. It only runs on the pages with a form.

Watching films

The films play through Cloudflare Stream. Cloudflare handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the video to you.

Site analytics

On the live site, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel count visits, which pages get read, and whether the contact form was sent. That's how we know if the site is doing its job. Both set their own cookies. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site works the same either way.

Everything else

Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, like IP addresses and browser types, to keep it secure and running. Our own code sets no cookies. If you pause the video at the top of the home page, your browser remembers that choice on your device. Nothing else is stored.

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
